	ELECTROIL - электронный регулятор уровня масла - новая концепция системы контроля масла от компании CARLY ELECTROIL, the CARLY electronical oil level regulator : a new concept for oil line control system. Oil is present in most refrigerating installations, it is indispensable for a proper compressor protection. Oil is miscible with refrigerant which makes it go in the piping of the installation. This phenomenon has two main drawbacks : - decrease of the performance of the installation - weakening of even destruction of the compressors Therefore it is indispensable to use an oil control device for the crankcase of the compressors. Since many years, mechanical oil level regulators have been launched on the market. They are to be combined with an independent oil reservoir at an intermediate pressure. OPTIMISED OIL LINES : CARLY is now innovating. The combination of TURBOIL-R oil separator-receiver and ELECTROIL electronical oil level regulator makes possible the design of a high pressure oil return. This design allows a reliable, simple and compact system. The oil separated from the discharge gas is filtered and directly injected in the crankcase of the compressors through the Electroil (possible oil injection with a pressure difference between 0.35 and 21 bar compared to the crankcase pressure). The genuine oil injection system of the Electroil allows the limitation of emulsion phenomenon that could appear with such a design. Therefore, the detection of oil level in the measurement chamber is very precise and allows the oil level to be controlled optimally in the housing of the compressor. Furthermore, the injection temporisation system of the Electroil limits over-pressure due to degassing in the compressor housing, in order to preserve the normal operating conditions. FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS : - Controller of the oil level in the housing of a refrigeration compressor (1/2 sight glass) - Admission of oil via a 1/4'' removable solenoid valve (NOT SUPPLIED) - Operation possible with a high-pressure oil return - Electromagnetic detection of regulation and alarm levels - Identification of the start-up, injection and transient mode phases, between the injection and the low-level alarms phases, by electroluminescent diode. - Body in aluminium - reduced risk of corrosion and low weight. - Oil-level control with alarm function. - Alarm with output contact for external control of the Electroil. - Very easy to install (wiring and securing), in the position of the compressor housing indicator - reduced fitting time. - Adapters available on option for all types of compressor. 	А в чем отличие "электронного регулятора уровня масла - новой концепции системы контроля масла от компании CARLY" от сторого OMA-TraxOil фирмы ALCO Controls. Кстати он (OMA-TraxOil) подходит практически под любой компрессор. Если нужна подробная информация (на русском языке) могу скинуть на мыло.

	Уважаемый Виталий! Это не вопрос. Просто не понятоно, почему все старое пытаются назвать НОВЫМ?
